Please be non judgemental...
What things are people using, trying or doing to try and increase their chances?
i do the lying with my legs in the air and use pre seed lubricant. Have not started ovulation pee sticks yet but will probably do them cycle 3 as used them last time.
Over to you ladies

I'm not ttc. I think Iv tried everything in the past thought
I heard that lying with your legs in the air is use less as the sperm pool in a dip near the cervix (or pelvis ?????) and that just lying still afterwards is enough. Not sure if there's actual evidence on it though.
Other things I did was drink grapefruit juice pre ov to increase cm and then pineapple juice post ov to help with implantation
Reflexology!! I booked this for ov day with Isaac
O also certain positions ,
I'm sure Iv forgotten loads.
When I was on hitched there was regular threads about certain tactics so this gave me the chance to try them all

Reflexology hit jackpot with us x

I would also do the legs up thing even though knew it was pointless. I would also do pelvic floo exercises afterwards to try and draw the spermie up ;o)
In the end, after what seemed like many months, it was the clear blue fertility monitor that did it for us the first month we used it!

I think I've tried most things now, legs in the air lying still, temping, opks, preseed, accupuncture, making an effort not to try to hard! A CBFM, various supplements, eating certain food.
I've not tried reflexology though so I might try that next!!

Have you considered acupuncture DollyP most fertility specialists will treat both you and your partner. The lady I saw for spd in last pregnancy saw lots of couples.

Yes I did acupuncture for a while, it did seem to regulate my cycles which have now stayed regular so I do think there's something in it. I couldn't keep going forever though as it was £50 every week for a 30 min session! That reminds me I must look into becoming an acupuncturist I really could do with £100 an hour lol!!

I've tried opks, temping, legs in the air and reflexology. I've also tried invoking the law of sod on many occasions but it's never worked lol. This cycle I've started taking the pregnacare vitamins for the first time and I think next cycle I might try conceive plus.
I would like to try acupuncture but have a fear of needles!

i have never tried temping purely from my sleep is not great and i rarely sleep through. Reflexology sounds nice i like a foot massage.

From what I know of legs in the air it's not just pointless but harmful, as the sperm pools and can't make the (now uphill) swim to enter the cervix.
We tried everything, acupuncture, reflexology, temping, OPKs, SMEP, relaxing (grrr), positions...in the end clearing my Fallopian tubes was the only thing that worked.

We dtd every couple of days, and in the morning around ov time. That worked for us. I also took EPO up to ov and was on folic acid for a couple of months prior to trying too.

Oh lordy the things we did weren't drastic but must've looked hilarious . I did the usual legs in the air, trying in different positions s which usually ended up with us in knots or falling over in the middle of dtd [rofl]. We also had a pagan friend who did a blessing for us, weirdly that month we did fall pregnant with C. Other than that we had initially used the opk's and try to track my cycles and just the usual dtd every other day during the fertile window.

Hmm, this is a big list for me I think, so far the only things we haven't tried are diet changes, acupuncture and reflexology.
Temping/charting; OPK's, CB Digi OPKs, CBFM, preseed, legs in the air etc.; EPO, pregnacare conception; checking cervix.

Oh and I've tried a CM enhancing supplement - helped a bit on first cycle but nothing after so I stopped.
