It is difficult to say for certain what your child will look like as your own genes effectively come from your parents, rather than focussing on what you and your partner look like it can prove more accurate in looking at what your parents look like.
I have blond hair and blue eyes which I inherited from my father's side of the family whilst my sister has brown hair from my mother's side and my father's blue eyes. My husband has black hair and brown eyes from his father's side of the family. Our two girls look more like their nannys with brown hair and green eyes.
Largely eye colour blue and brown are the active genes passed on (I got a blue gene from my mum and my dad, my husband got a brown gene from his mum and his dad, Our girls got blue from me and brown from their dad giving them green eyes).
So working on what you have described of yourself and your partner it is likely to be brown eyes that are more easily picked up, skin tone would be slightly in favour of fair skin and hair would probably be brown. Of course it will all come down to which gene wins on the day. There are websites that allow you to upload photos of you and your partner and then merge them to predict what your children may appear like.
