Hi ladies.... I'm currently undergoing the whole day21 bloods test- just when you think things can't get harder?!? This month my day 21 progesterone level was 3 indicating I was no where near ovulating. (I'm hoping that because my usual ovulation time was stressful this month it just delayed it a bit- I'm clutching at straws I know) but what I want to know is has this happened to anyone else when they have just ovulated later and when can I expect to AF to arrive, as I have no idea!! I ran out of ovulation tests so know I didn't ovulate the same day as last month!!!!

    Hi Flossyflossy.
I've been through something similar that you. I do seem to ovulate rarely. I sometimes do, but more often don't. How long is your cycle? If it is longer than 28days, you may need to do the test later on during your cycle.

When I do not ovulate, my period actually comes much later. My cycle is usually 29days but when not ovulating it is more like 32.. but went up to 36 once.

    Thanks for your reply.....

my cycles vary a little between 28 days and 32... Last month was a 30 day cycle and I got a positive opk on17 so had day 18 as ovulation day. My lp tends to be about 12 days. This month I just don't know where I am, I usually spot for at least 7 days before AF arrives but obviously this month I didn't ovulate when I have before so im not surprised that I haven't had that yet. I'm on cd 29, my bloods were done on day 22 and were 3 so I'm clearly hadn't ovulated up until then. I've done a opk test today as my new ones arrived in the post aNd it was negative... Which I kind of knew deep down it would be. I just want to know roughly how much longer this cycle will go on for.....?! I guess I'm just trying to hold on to the hope that i may have ovulated a lot later than normal between cd23 and now.

How long have you been ttc? Good luck with your journey

    Hi there,

still waiting for AF? I trying a test yesterday but was negative. I was hoping this time I was pregnant as I have been feeling a bit sick... might be psychological.
Still hoping the test didn't work. We shall see.

    Keep me posted.
