Trying to conceive

Well where to start. My name is Cassie and I'm 20 and I really want a child !
I have been with my partner just over a year and a half and we are getting married next March. Things have moved fast for us but in a good way. We are happy and want to do things the right way. We are getting money together to buy our own house and we both have really good jobs and are on good money. I currently have the implant which is due to come out next October.
I guess the trouble I'm having is that I really want a child and I know that is would be as easy as just having my implant out. I feel as if I'm becoming obsessed with the idea of children. Whenever I'm on the internet its to look at baby clothes or nursery colours. I have even brought a pair of booties and im not even ttc. I have books about rasing a child and want to spend time with my nicecs and friends children whenever I can. My partner says I'm just prepering but i feel as if I'm becoming obsessed and as if its becoming unhealthy !
Please somebody help me ?!?! Am I going crazy or is this just the mother inside trying to get out ??

Ha ha I think it's good to be prepared. And believe me when you do fall pregnant u will be twice as obsessed. It's all I can think about was the same with my first, since the moment we started ttc it was on my mind. My oh gets dick of me talking about it lol that's y I come on here xx

I'm glad your OH doesn't get dick LH!! lol
Agree it's good to be prepared but I personally wouldn't buy anything until after 12 week scan. Otherwise **IF** anything goes wrong, the things you buy might upset you. Each to their own though! Definitely agree it's good to read up on everything xx

I know what you mean about having things and the 12 week window but thats how bad i have become. My soon-to-be mother in-law has that things at her house but I'm beginning to worry myself

It's just because you're excited - it's up to you when you start buying stuff. If you're worried about becoming obsessed maybe start something new to occupy your time like redecorating or plan your last holiday as a couple before u start a family x
