I have been doing body rock, which is high intensity interval training for 4 months, love it, burn and sweet. It's usually a 12 minute workput with push ups, sit ups, lunges, etc...
should I keep doing in while ttc?

HI Lucia. I am still doing gym classes and still playing hockey twice a week, so im hoping its ok?!
