Hi Sammie1990, I too have IBS as part of my EDS/HMS but have successfully carried 2 daughters to term, both were conceived naturally within 3-4mths of TTC. Essentially it comes down to you & your OH enjoying your time together & finding the position that works for you. Try to forget that you are attempting to make a baby (nature will do that part) & have fun trying different sexual positions with your partner. The more you focus on wanting a baby, the more sex becomes a 'need to' rather than a 'want to' & the less likely you are to actually achieve it. Best wishes & good luck.
