    Hi,

Sorry i've not been on in ages but as you can imagine i have been just a little bit busy lately
Ruby and Lily are 5 1/2 months now and doing great and we are all just about coping (most days!)

I am just wondering if any of you have flown with infant twins and a toddler? We are going to Canada in May to stay with the inlaws for 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i'm wondering if we will get split up on the flight? I remember when we went to Italy with dd1 when she was little we were not alowed to sit in the same row as another mother and infant so now i am panicking that dh & I will have to sit in seperate rows??? I'm not too worried about us sitting seperately with a twin each, i'm more worried about my eldest dd (will be 3 at the time) as she will not be happy sitting with just one of us. I'm pretty sure she will want to be back and forth between mummy & daddy the whole time which will be a nightmare!!
If anyone knows anything about this it would be great to hear from you.

(staying with the inlaws for 3 weeks will be a future topic i'm sure  )

Hope you are all well xx

    hello

I would advise you speak to the airline as I travelled with monarch to spain recently and they insisted that we sat apart due to how the air masks were situated. I had 10 week old twins and they forced myself and my husband into the window seats at the opposite end of the same aisle making it hugely difficult to share our feeding/changing bag. thankfully we had really accommodating travellers in between who passed bottles, nappies and babies along when needed on the flight! good luck

Yes its true that you and the hubby will have to be on different rows, with the twins due to oxygen mask's etc, I think the best you could do is as k for 2 aisle seats and your eldest sit in a middle seat next to one or the other of you, then they can pass over one of you to the next etc. I only have twins, who are 2 now, but have flown loads, and tbh the last flight 2 wk ago was our hardest yet! xx
