I find breakfast the hardest meal to feed my son as on most days he is not that interested in it. He has had rolled oats, porridge with fruit, fruit purees, scrambled egg with chive, omelette, wheatabix, toast, pancakes, strawberries or apple slices.
What do you give your LO?

My LOs eat the same kind of things as your LO but I also make smoothies for my LOs too using fruit, yoghurt and a little milk and sometimes oatmeal added too.I help my youngest drink it although she has been good with a straw from 10 months. These always go down a treat!! also a sugar free version of french toast (I use a little agave nectar), mini homemade pancakes and fruit or oat and apple muffins (again no refined sugar, just agave nectar).

My daughter has greek yogurt and fruit pretty much every morning. I thought that she might find natural yogurt quite sharp in taste, but as long as there is fruit in it (more than likely banana, along with fruit puree/bits of peach/mango/strawberries, she loves it!

My Lo is really only happy to eat porridge in the morning so I add fruit either dried or fresh such as strawberries, blueberries or raisins and chopped banana. When he wakes up early he will have porride then a bit later he will have some toast or pancakes. I cook down strawberries and he has this as a spread.
