When making meat dishes how do you store them?, I often make food in bulk, but it occurred to me that if freezing meat how do you re-cook it. I got worried reheating my chicken puree in the microwave as I'm not keen on reheating chicken for myself, never mind my LO.
I'm interested to know what other Mums do and how you store and reheat meat dishes or do you always give fresh.

Hi Nicola, I would do a mix of both. Where possible I would freeze veggie bases for meals, then once defrosted I would then cook the meat fresh to go with it. I would freeze meals that contain beef (ie mince), and some containing very well cooked chicken but would avoid meals containing fish (like salmon) or pork, just to be on the safe side.
