whether or not she is, the kid was in there for over an hour, on a freezing cold day.  they hadny just nipped in to get a couple of things-they were doing a weekly big shop by the sounds of it!!

Whatever the weather there is no excuse for leaving a child in a car alone, its not worth the risk. I even have to take my sleeping 1 yr old to the door of my daughters preschool with me even though I can see my car clearly, if something happened I would never forgive myself!

Cant believe someone on here has called her "a bloody busy body" it's disgusting to leave a young child alone in a car, regardless of the weather, and to have left the child for over an hour!!! People like that dont deserve to have children, they should be ashamed of themselves.
Thank goodness Michelle was there to keep an eye on the child, the poor thing.

Just to clarify - when I said I'd do the same thing, I meant I'd do what Michelle Mone did.

Literally anything could have happened to that baby in the hour or so while the parents were shopping - they're irresponsible parents.....

Think Madeleine McCann. That should be enough. You cant leave a child anywhere these days, not even for a moment. They are high profile people so who knows who could have been watching for an opportunity to get some ransom cash or whatever may be in their sick minds. Yes, it's inconvenient sometimes to take your kids with you but you could never forgive yourself if you returned to the place you'd left them and they were no longer there. They should thank Michelle for making the parents think again.

the other possibility is also that cars can go on fire and the child would have no way of escaping.
