Talkback: How to get your toddler to have a daytime nap every day

hi there ive a 2 and a half year old,who's very livly and baby bobby 9 months,i always try and put them down for a sleep every afternoon around 1ish after lunch,that way i get a rest and can get on with things i need to do and they dont get overtired later ,they sleep for around 1-2 hrs,then go to bed for 7pm,i think routine is the key because they get used to it,t-care sammyx
