No, the Opal doesn't work with a Bugaboo Cameleon, or with any other buggy.
The Opal is a car seat that spans two stages, or Groups, of car seat - Group 0+ (for babies from birth to 13kg) and Group 1 (for little ones weighing 9kg to 18kg). Because the Opal is a "multi-group" car seat, it's not travel system compatible. All multi-group car seats tend to be much heavier and can't be attached to a buggy or buggy chassis (frame).
The only car seats that can be teamed up with a buggy to create a travel system are those that are Group 0 (suitable from birth to about 10kg) or Group 0+ (birth to 13kg).
