Here’s what you can expect from the urban, chic and stylish Mylo when it hits the shelves… and the streets.
Mamas & Papas have taken that cutting-edge engineered look and turned it into one glamorous buggy. Called the Mylo, it’s modern, it’s cool, and it’ll certainly turn heads! Available in sandcastle, black jack, welly green, dove grey, plum pudding, raspberry ripple, the Mylo is a real statement buggy. But as you’d expect from Mamas & Papas, behind all that style there’s substance, too.Suitable from birth, the Mylo has a soft moulded seat, so while it looks uber-urban it still offers a super-comfy seat for your baby. The Mylo can be used as a forward and rear facing pushchair, which is a top trend with buggies at the moment. Another nifty feature that adds to its versatility is that the lie-flat hard shell carrycot can be used for overnight sleeping. The good folk at Mamas & Papas have also told us the Mylo has a one-handed folding mechanism and can be folded with or without the seat unit attached - music to the ears of anyone who has ever boarded a bus with buggy and baby in tow. We’ve also heard we can look forward to a buggy with smooth all round suspension that’s lovely to push, easy to manoeuvre, featuring leatherette handgrips that are adjustable to any height. We’ll let you know just how well the Mylo ticks these boxes once we’ve had it put through its paces.
Mylo was designed by the daughter of Luisa and David Scacchetti – the mama and papa of Mamas & Papas. Mamas & Papas came out of David and Luisa’s inability to find what they wanted when expecting their first child, Amanda. Now, Amanda’s taking centre stage in the family business, with the Mylo ready to hit UK streets after three years hard work behind the scenes.
Ooh I've been waiting to read more about this new M&P pushchair and so far am very impressed. Can't wait to see how it handles when being used by a real mom.
Not sure I'll ever get to use one though as £650 is way above what I could afford
£650 for a single!!!!! I hope thats a complete package!!!!
I love the look of m&ps buggys but i HATE the free to roam harnesses, and i know m&ps customer service is just plain Awful!
I'm not sure about this one-like the write up,sounds excellent-just unsure of the actual 'look ' of it???
And at £650 I defo won't be having it!!!!
