A schoolboy was left stunned when a shopkeeper banned him from buying a packet of wine gums - because he’s too young to drink!Jaz Bhogal, 15, was told by a shopkeeper that he needed to be over 18 to purchase the sweets, as they contained alcohol.“I couldn’t believe it! When I said I was 15 he said he couldn’t sell me the sweets because they had wine in them. I was absolutely speechless.”The schoolboy’s mum, Sue, said, “I thought Jaz was joking with me when he came home and told me what had happened!”Red-faced store chiefs have since offered Jaz a voucher to spend in the shop.
