Conjoined 4-year-old twins have stunned medical experts after they discovered that the little girls could hear each other’s thoughts and see through each other’s eyes. Tatiana and Krista Hogan from Canada, have separate bodies but share the same brain and it was their mum who found they share thoughts and sight.

“When they were playing, one of the girls will reach over and grab something from her sister’s side and know exactly where it is without possibly being able to see it,” said mum Felicia, reports the Daily Mail.

Neurologists, including paediatric neurosurgeon Doug Cochrane who has looked after them since birth, have backed up the extraordinary finding. “The twins are sharing signals from the other twin’s visual field. One twin may see what the other twin does, as the brain of one of the girls receives electronic impulses from the retina of the opposite twin,” explained Dr. Doug.
