21-year-old Sarah Reinfelder, from Michigan in the States, has a condition known as uterus didelphys, where the womb develops in two parts- each with their own fallopian tube.
The twins, named Kaylin Joy and Valerie Marie, weighed in at 3lb 15oz and 4lb 15oz and were delivered by c-section, 7 weeks prematurely.
The condition is known to affect one in 3,000 women, with the odds of carrying a baby in each womb at the same time around one in five million.
So what do you think?
