The former Clarissa Explains It All star Melissa Joan Hart had pain killers and medical intervention during her first birth to son Mason, but decided she wanted to try a drug-free birth in hospital for her second birth.
"I said to my mum and husband, 'Don't let me have any drugs!' I'm glad I didn't as the healing process after the birth was so much quicker. I didn't have to get the drugs out of my system and was moving around alot more," Melissa said.
