West Wittering Beach, West Sussex
With wonderful views and a natural and unspoilt sandy beach West Wittering has been a favourite destination for a family days out for years. The highest water quality and excellent facilities have made it one of the premier Blue Flag beaches in the country. Excellent for swimming as well as the water sports there is a lifeguard present May to September. The extensive acres of neatly mown grass close to the beach are perfect for parking, and picnics. The Beach Café consists of a coffee shop, a takeaway, several outlets selling ice-cream and drinks, and a beach goods shop. There are also toilets with disabled facilities and baby changing room, a lost child centre and a first aid post.
