Bumps & Bundles
Staffed by volunteers, Bumps & Bundles offers a friendly, fun and safe environment incorporating singing and crafts. Through the year, you can expect a Teddy Bear’s picnic, a visit from a photographer, a Christmas party for the children and a Christmas Dinner for the parents. There is no charge, but donations are welcomed.

Le Club Picoti at Kelvinside Hillhead Parish Church
This French parents and toddler group welcomes all French-speaking mums, dads, nannies and grandparents for two hours of fun, games, craft activities, songs and storytelling. A snack is provided for the children and a tea/coffee time offered to the adults.

Baby and Toddler at Kelvinside Hillhead Parish Church
Welcoming parents and carers of children aged five and under, this group not only offers a relaxed, friendly and playful environment, but members can also stay on for lunch club. Or just take advantage of the healthy snacks offered while the little ones play.

Playcentre at Kelbourne
Playcentre at Kelbourne Street was set up in 2002 by Antje Page, a local mum inspired by the Playcentre movement inNew Zealand, involving parents in all aspects of running the centre. Lottery Funding and grants from Awards for All have helped buy toys including a fantastic swing, climbing frame and sand pit for the garden.

French Playgroup at Alliance Francaise de Glasgow
For children aged three to six years old, Alliance Francaise de Glasgow organises a playgroup with a different theme (seasons, animals, family, shopping, etc.) with stories, songs, games and dances. The playgroup gives children the opportunity to learn and interact in French through a variety of fun activities.

Glasgow Steiner School Parent & Child
The Steiner ethos is to provide an unhurried and creative learning environment where children can find the joy in learning and experience the richness of childhood. The Glasgow Steiner School's Parent and Child groups meet for two hours on three mornings each week, starting the morning with craft and free play, before playing outside and sharing organic food. There's also the opportunity to attend the Steiner school to Year 5.

Club Soletes Cultural Playgroup
The main aim of this playgroup is to offer a Spanish-speaking environment where children from all ages, as well as their parents and carers, have the chance to make new friends, play, share and learn. Apart from the weekly meetings, there is also a meal out for the grown-ups every term, which is a great opportunity to keep in touch for those who do not have children or cannot make it to the weekly activities.

Garscube Playrooms offer activities to suit babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers in a great friendly atmosphere. With three big bright play rooms open from 10am – 3.30pm, you can drop in and play at a time that fits in with your child’s routine. As a member of the Scottish Pre-school Play Association, the ethos is Learning through Play and the range of activities on offer ensures that every child will find something they enjoy. They're even open during school holidays!
