This is a fitness training programme for children aged 3-5 years old that aims to develop fitness and well being with a series of martial arts based games and exercises. The orange and black uniform is rather cute too. A free trial lesson is available. Simply call the number of the club you wish to join. Class sizes are small so it’s best to book early to avoid disappointment.

For a splish splash swim take a trip to the South Lanarkshire swimming pool. The 25 metre swimming pool is spacious and safe for kids to dip more than a toe in with a child friendly adjustable floor. Located at Balleahouton Park, only minutes away from Central Glasgow, you’ll find a range of snow sporting activities for every interest and level. Ski schools and ski themed birthday parties are tremendously popular all the year round. Throughout the summer holidays a series of classes and clubs are put on by a team of qualified instructors.
