Description:Practise and explore meditation, develop an asana practice (postures) and utilise pranayamas (breathing exercises). Learners will appreciate how yoga is an enjoyable process which can be developed safely and with confidence to become a profound relaxation technique.
Please bring your own yoga mat and a block (if required for sitting comfortably) to all Wellbeing classes. If you suffer from a medical condition we recommend that you take advice from your doctor before doing any physical exercise.
