NEW CareFreeKids Group at Vitality Centre, Merton Road, SW18


CareFreeKids is a new after school Creative & Therapeutic movement group for 5 – 7 year olds at Vitality Centre. The group supports children in exploration and expression and helps them to develop emotional, cognitive, physical and social integration through creative and therapeutic movement.

This Saturday 18th May from 1pm-2pm we will be holding an open intro talk for parents with a chance to meet Elizabeth Casselton our dance and movement therapist who runs CareFreeKids.

Thank you so much for 3 wonderful classes to help prepare me for motherhood. The practical advice and support we were given was extremely useful and covered subjects from "what to buy" through to labour, childbirth and what to expect in the early days. My 3 year old started these classes last week and loved it. She can be a bit nervous about leaving me (mums wait outside the hall while the class takes place) but Victoria immediately put her at ease and she went off very happily.

Plus at £60 for a 10 week term it is about half the price of a lot of the bigger kids ballet schools.
