| About me: | I’ve been writing since I was 11 and moved into the real world of journalism when I was in my early 20s. A fluke runner's-up prize in the Vogue writing competition elbowed me into the unnerving world of women's glossies and I cut my teeth on the features desk at ELLE. When I realised that my dorky-sporty look was oh-so-definitely not in, I set out to travel the world on a snowboard and write about it. I’ve written on travel, health and fitness for The Independent on Sunday, The Times, The Telegraph and numerous glossies. I’m now a freelance journalist and a stay-at-home-mum to Minnie, born in 2009, and Poppy, born in 2010. |
