From applique childrenswear, punchy babygros and lust-worthy womenswear, we got a sneaky peek at what's coming from the Designers at Debenhams this autumn/winter
The MadeForMums team got a sneak preview of upcoming fashion collection from Debenhams - and what a collection it was! Although the sun was shining, we trawled through the endless rails of fabulous fashion offerings for all the family coming this winter - and even Christmas!
We spied lots of embellishment and applique detailing on girlswear and boyswear, especially this Chanel-esque t-shirt for little girls and the embroidered reindeer and penguin jumper for boys. We also spotted an array of sequinned party dresses at Star by Julien Macdonald and smart twinsets at Bluezoo.
MFM were also loving the adorable babygros - especially the stripey number with a little teddy in the pocket.
Over to the womenswear and we definitely spotted an emerging trend. Like at the Next A/W 2011 press show last week, Debenhams fashion focus was very much on the 70's vibe, with full length billowing dresses in mustard, browns and an abundance of peter pan collars, bell sleeves and maxi-dresses for winter.
I know most of us haven't had a chance to break into their summer wardrobes yet, but after seeing these gems on offer from the Designers at Debenhams (think Jasper Conran, Ben Di Lisi, John Rocha, Matthew Williamson to name a few), we can't wait for A/W 2011!
