Girl receives a breast enlargement voucher for her 7th birthday

Daughter of Human Barbie Sarah Burge reportedly “squealed with delight”

Sarah Burge admits that her older daughters have had Botox

Poppy Burge was given a £6,000 breast enlargement voucher from her mum Sarah Burge, nicknamed the Human Barbie for her love of plastic surgery, to celebrate her 7th birthday.

“Poppy begged me for a boob job, so I gave her the voucher so she can have it after she’s 16, when it’s legal. If she develops naturally big boobs, she can have something else done with it,” the 50-year-old mum told Closer magazine.

“I can’t wait to be like Mummy with big boobs. They’re pretty,” said Poppy, who has already learnt to pole dance from her mum.

Mum Sarah splashed out on a £12,000 exotic pamper party in a pink bus for Poppy and her friends. Here, they could have manicures, pedicures and makeovers while indulging in fake champagne and cake.

“They love having all eyes on them and were posing and pouting for photos,” said Sarah, who organises plastic surgery or swinging parties and writes erotic novels.

Aside from the boob job voucher, Poppy’s other birthday gifts included a £250 computer, £450 pink Swarovski crystal ring and necklace set and a £4,000 spa break.

Sarah, from Cambridgeshire, admitted that her daughters Charlotte, 25, Hannah, 17, and stepdaughter Jazzy, 17, have all had Botox. She even plans on letting little Poppy watch her next procedure on video. Sarah’s spent more than £500,000 on her own cosmetic surgery.

“Poppy is a normal kid who is good at sports and loves playing outside. Girls don’t want Snow White and Cinderella any more. They want to be WAGS and famous like Cheryl Cole and Lady Gaga. I’m just supporting her and making her dreams come true,” said Sarah.

Absolutely ridiculous. What kind of mum would want that for their child? A child of that age needs to know that it's what on the inside that counts. Little girls need to be little girls! I wouldn't even consider that a "birthday present" for an 18 year old! It is absolutely outrageous!!! If Poppy is a "normal child" then she should be allowed to live as a child. Breast enlargements are NOT normal! About 1 years ago

OMG! Glad they know what is important in life, NOT! About 1 years ago

That's awful! Of course that little girl will think plastic surgery and so on are 'the norm' with a family like that.. About 1 years ago
