Ashton Kutcher reveals unexpected first dad job
Actor makes sure no one is going to misuse his baby daughter's name
When you first arrived home from the hospital with your newborn what’s the first thing you did? Take a pic of your baby in their new home? Check you've got everything ready for your baby's first cry, poo, sleep, etc? Well, when Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis arrived home with their first child last month, there was something he just had to do… reserve his baby’s Twitter handle of course!
But he didn’t stop there, Wyatt Isabelle also has her own website, email and Instagram page. "We immediately went home and we reserved all the domain names. We got the Twitter handle, the Instagram – everything that you could possibly [have]," the new dad told Conan O’Brien on his talk show. "I don't want a porn site with my daughter's name! It's unacceptable to me and it's not gonna happen!"
The Twitter and Instagram accounts are currently lying dormant ready for Wyatt to use when she's older, but the tech-savvy couple have already started sending emails to her email address.
"We write her emails," Ashton said. "One day she’ll be able to look at it and see the kinds of things people had to say."
How Ashton got Milla to agree on a baby name
Ashton revealed that they had another name picked for their first baby - before Mila even got pregnant!

"We had another name. We had it picked out and we're like, 'All right this is the name,’" he said. "Then we got pregnant a week, a couple weeks after we picked the name. But then when we were pregnant, the name just didn't fit the energy that we were feeling."
So they quickly had to come up with another option. "We were going to a Lakers game and I've got name Tourette's," he said. "I just started listing off anything and everything that I saw. I was like, 'Sign! Truck! Wall! Door!'
"She's like, 'Shut up!' I'm like, 'If you don't accept my bad ideas, you'll never accept the good ones.' Then I was like, 'All right I've got a really dumb idea. What about Wyatt?' She goes, 'That's it.' I was like, 'Really? I did it?' She was like, 'Yeah, that's it.'"
Maybe she was just trying to get him to shut up! How did you come up with your baby's name?
