Ah, the joys of sex once you've got little ones, eh? Doing it as quickly as possible in a sneaky 5 minutes when the kids are engrossed in an episode of Paw Patrol, stopping at crucial moments because you're convinced you heard the pad of little feet edging closer to your bedroom.

And far from having ANY time at all to prepare for some hot loving with some sexy undies and all that jazz, it's quite positively a major stroke of luck if you don't have 4 days worth of stubble....

We reckon all most parents out there will relate to the 'parent sex' phenomenon (there were lots of nodding heads at MFM HQ when this story came up), so it's no wonder Constance Hall's Facebook post all about her very own PS has been liked more than 91,000 times and shared almost 23,500 times.

It's because, quite frankly, it's hilarious, honest and - let's face it - we've all had this experience at one time or another, right?

Here's the post in full:

We had "parent sex" yesterday. You know what parent sex is, it's that 3.5 minutes you get in between changing nappies...

"It's a pretty romantic scene really, listening to Iggle Piggle in the background, knowing your days are numbered when you hear the ad break," Constance quips.

"Men are amazing and impressive creatures, by sheer determination, it's inspiring how one can manage to 'finish' under such circumstances, us women, aren't always so easy.

"All the while gleefully thinking about how much of a sex goddess, vixen you are and how your fella is finally going to stop being an arse for at least a whole day."

One Facebook user tagged her partner with a worried "Is this what's coming?", while another commented more hopefully, "Ours is Octonauts and sometimes it just happens in the kitchen while making tea."

Best of all, Constance has posted a pic of her and her fella looking happy as Larry - presumably after a bit of duvet action themselves (and we don't mean sleeping, obvs).

Right, who's for a quickie?
