Mum-of-3 Emma Willis never looks anything less than fab, whether pregnant, post-baby, or anywhere in-between, but even so, it's still mega-reassuring for us mere mortal mamas to read her thoughts on her changing body.

Speaking to Sunday magazine, 40-year-old Emma said that pregnancy and birth were just amazing, and that her babies were worth every single change they have made to her body (yep!).

"Being able to grow a child is just the best thing in the world, she's worth all the sagging and lumps and bumps,” she said, referring to her most recent little one, Trixie, who arrived back in May.

But Emma did make a very honest confession that most of us can definitely relate to, saying “but some days I'd look at the amount of cellulite covering my lower body and go, 'Oh it would be nice to have that sucked out right now.'”

We understand exactly how she feels.

Emma also revealed that she and her partner, Matt Willis, have a good life balance with their work and kids, and that they're lucky enough to have her parents help them with baby Trixie, 6-year-old Isabelle and 4-year-old son Ace.

"We're lucky because we have a lot of hands to help. It's an ongoing learning curve, definitely. Having three kids is the most rewarding and terrifying thing,” she admitted.

And like all mums with more than one baby, Emma has learned not to sweat the small stuff.

"Now I don't get too stressed about every little thing like I did with the first two. And Trixie seems quite chilled, she's been the easiest of the three,” she said.

But back to her post-baby bod - Emma admits she has worked hard to get in shape for the ads she does for Venus razors.

Speaking in a Facebook chat with The Mirror, Emma said: "I have been training a lot recently. I do all over body workouts, HIIT classes, boxing and lots of leg and back work. I have a bit of a dodgy back so I'm trying my best to to keep it strong. Lots of squats and dead lifting. A friend of ours is a trainer so he trains me."

The key for Emma was making workouts fun - she also said that her friend was 'great to train with' because the pair of them could have a chat and listen to music during their sessions.

We're liking that training with a friend tip. It might even get us motivated.

We said 'might' ?
