Flexing his bulging muscles and lifting heavy weights with ease, it’s hard to believe that Giuliano Stroe is only 5 years old – and has just entered the Guinness Book of World Records as the fastest hand walker.

After performing the fastest ever 10m hand walk with a weight ball between his legs on Italian TV, the baby faced body builder earned his name in the record books and has since become an internet hit on YouTube. Pint-sized Giuliano has been training with his dad since he was just 2 years old.

As astonishing as it is, questions on whether Giuliano is too young to pump iron and what affects it will have later in life will no doubt be prompted. But despite a mixture of fascination and horror amongst parents, Giuliano’s dad Iulian Stroe believes his son’s training is perfectly safe. “I have been training hard all my life and will never allow him to practice on his own. He is only a child and if he gets tired, we go out and play.”
