Everyone knows that having a baby changes your body - but what about after your second baby? Imogen Thomas has shared that she's finding it harder to get back to her pre-baby shape second time around.

The Welsh star, who gave birth to daughter number 2, Siera, in November, has been spotted out and about in gym wear, and has admitted she's been watching what she eats as well as hitting the workout hard.

Earlier this week she posted an intimate picture on Instagram with a caption that suggests that while she's pretty happy with how's she's shaping up, it's been a tough slog...

Imogen says, "Half way there ?? I've been working out and dieting for 3 weeks....I'm seeing results ??????? losing weight after your second is so much harder!"

And she got loads of support from her followers.

One says, "So refreshing to see someone in the public eye lose baby weight normally! It's tough, especially after your second! You look amazing already though so it can only get better! I feel your pain, but no pain no gain x."

Another also agreed that second baby weight is harder to shift:

"Second one is ssssooo much harder!! I had nothing really from my first and still struggling from my second and she's nearly 4 ?.

"U look amazing tho embrace this part of ur life with ur little after baby bump and just enjoy ur babies there beautiful little girls and u have a beautiful family! Just enjoy every minute! Be proud of the body that carried and protected ur girls ? xxx."
