Actress Hilary takes to Twitter to reveal adorable family moment
Mum-of-one Hilary Duff is know for sharing super-cute snaps of son Luca on Twitter, but the latest pic is by far the cutest we've seen!
Hilary, who gave birth to Luca in March 2012, took to the site to share a sweet snap of Luca enjoying the afternoon with Hilary's dad, with the caption, "My dad and Luca having a quick chat bout life," Hilary tweeted.
Hilary's not the only celeb tweeting about how important family is, mum-of-two Danielle Lloyd, who's expecting her third boy, excitedly wrote about her mum joining her on holiday in Portugal with son's Archie, 2, and Harry, 1.
"Having a lovely Time with my kids in Portugal looking forward to @mammajlloyd arriving tomorrow X," Danielle tweeted.
