William was away from Kate when the tragedy struck, according to a report from America’s Globe magazine, says Showbiz Spy.

It’s also claimed that Kate’s mother-in-law Camilla Parker-Bowles has been telling friends that due to health problems, the Royal bride is unable to conceive.

“Health complications from Kate’s adolescence raised red flags that may have an impact on her ability to conceive,” said sources.

The newlyweds are under intense pressure to start a family soon, in order to keep up with Royal tradition.
