But Brazilian mum Nivea Salgado came up with an artistic solution by creating fairytale-themed plates to tempt her toddler. We love this rice and vegetable Red Riding Hood. But that's just the beginning! Nivea has created plates and plates of appetising food for her daughter Catarina, drawing on inspiration from her favourite books, TV and films. The full-time mum previously worked as a dentist - which explains the amazing precision! "Fortunately, now Catarina eats very well, not only fruit but also vegetables," Nivea's English-speaking sister Monique wrote on blog Bored Panda.
