Childhood habits hold fast as grown-ups admit to turning to a teddy bear for a good night’s sleep
Cuddling a teddy bear at night has long been associated with children, but the secret is out – one in six adults do the same.

Furry companions have kept their place in 16% of adults’ beds, a QVC poll of 1,000 adults revealed, with many admitting it helps them relax.
Turning to a cuddly bear isn’t the only childhood trait adults continue to show either. A further 4% revealed they can’t sleep without the light on. We wonder if they’re having nightmares about monsters or huge energy bills!
