Doting dad Prince William couldn’t resist bragging about 3-week-old George in a farewell speech given to the people of Anglesey in Wales, as he and his wife prepare to move to Kensington Palace.

Prince William’s tour of duty with the RAF on the island of Anglesey is coming to and end. In his parting speech, some of which he delivered in Welsh, he said: “I have to say I thought search and rescue duties over Snowdonia were physically and mentally demanding, but looking after a 3-week-old baby is right up there.”

He later joked that his son George was "pretty loud and extremely good-looking".

Prince William and Catherine moved to their first home together in Anglesey in 2010, which he described as an “immensely special” place. Catherine was apparently a regular shopper at the local Waitrose.

It’s believed that the couple will initially live in Kensington Palace’s small Nottingham Cottage before moving permanently to larger and grander Apartment 1A, which is currently still being worked on, the Evening Standard reports.
