X Factor star Sam Bailey has a baby shower, and hangs with her kids before the birth – any day now!
X Factor winner Sam Bailey is counting down the days to the birth of her new baby.
The singer, who is about 36 weeks pregnant, has been keeping her fans up to date on her progress through her Twitter page. Mostly, it seems she's been focusing on chilling out with her 8-year-old daughter Brooke and 4-year-old son Tom – although she did find time to enjoy a a very pink fundraising baby shower.
Sam posted a smiling selfie with Brooke at a Leicester City football match on August 16th but her youngest seemed more concerned with the impending arrival of his unborn baby sister.
“Morning peeps! Tom's first words this morning as he rushed in my room: 'HAS THE BABY COME OUT YET, MUMMY?' lol” she tweeted.
The expectant mum shared a snap of the "pre push present" she received from her husband: a Vivienne Westwood handbag. We really hope that pre labour presents like this one become a thing!

Sam's pink-themed baby shower also took place last week, complete with big pink balloons, a cupcake tower and, er, a topless male model.
While the baby shower is usually all about the mum-to-be, The Leicester Mercury reported that the star made sure the money from selling her baby-shower pics was earmarked to raise money for her former colleague Leanne Blakey-Tew, whose two young children suffer from severe disabilities. Sam also asked, in lieu of gifts, that her guests donate to help Leanne's family.
“An amazing £785 in cash was raised from people donating money instead of baby gifts for me at my shower. These kids are so deserving of it!” Sam wrote on Twitter.
