Tina Barrett gives birth and reveals her baby's ancient name

The S Club 7 star reveals she’s now a mum – but not before sharing one last incredible bump selfie

Huge congrats are in order for S Club 7 singer Tina Barrett and her partner Paul Cashmore! ?

The star announced on Twitter that she’s just given birth to the couple's first child, a boy.

She even revealed the little lad’s name...

Writing on Twitter, she said:

“Proud and excited to announce the arrival of my beautiful baby boy Roman ????????.”

Here at MFM HQ, we just love the name choice!

Some of us thought it was rather unusual, but a couple of us reckon we’ve heard of a few Romans roaming around the playground.

Tina’s bandmate Bradley Mcintosh was quick to send his well wishes to the new parents.

He wrote on Twitter: “Congratulations Tina and @CashmorePaul can't wait to meet baby Roman. Big Love to you all from #uncleB ???❤️?”

S Club's Jo O'Meara also RT'd the announcement.

We wonder if there’ll be an S Club Party to welcome baby to the world? One can only hope…

Just days before Roman was born, Tina shared two final bump selfies - the last of which came 6 days before the birth announcement.

In the snap, Tina’s covering her face with a flamingo phone case, but showcasing her pregnant tummy in a white sleeveless blouse.

Beside the pic, she added: "Only days to go!!! ❤️ ??#HappyTuesday #BumpWatch"
