New mum Posh is spotted wearing flat shoes after it's revealed she's suffering from a slipped disc in her back
Victoria Beckham has been spotted for the first time since she gave birth to her fourth child, Harper Seven, in July.
Following the birth of her daughter, Victoria has been suffering from a painful slipped disc in her back. Leaving her signature sky-high heels at home, Posh opted for a pair of flat ballerina pumps.
Victoria wore her favourite towering heels throughout her pregnancy, including to the Royal Wedding in April. But it seems that Posh has been advised by doctors to ditch her favourite shoes for the time being whilst she recovers from her back injury, according to the Daily Mail.
Victoria, 36, looked pale and frail as her minder held Harper in her carrycot as they hopped into a car in Hollywood.

"Thank you for your kind messages. I'm feeling much better and enjoying every precious moment with baby Harper. I'm so in love," Victoria tweeted recently.
