There’s always help out there – you just need to ask

You’ll face challenging times as a parent, particularly when it’s all new, but I want to reassure you that whatever you’re enduring, there’s a parent who’s been in the same situation as you. And that means there’s someone to help you. As unique as you and your baby are, there are certain developments and milestones that happen to every child and every parent. There’s no such thing as escaping tantrums, for instance, and every child will need to be weaned. Potty training will always come up and you’ll need to address table manners at some time.

The same questions come up all the time

It’s amazing how common some questions are. Thanks to technology we can now communicate with mums on the other side of the world at the click of
a mouse. The more knowledge you have, the more you will feel empowered and confident as a parent.

This family I met…

This mum had 15 parenting books (including mine) gathering dust on her shelf. Unbelievable right? I am sure if she read them she wouldn’t have needed my help. However, within three days of getting her to open mine, she solved the problems she was having with her child. Hooray for this mummy.
