A healthy fishy feast
2 plaice fillets, skinned (about 125g skinned weight)
1 potato (about 175g)
25g frozen peas
25g Cheddar cheese, finely grated
Makes 4 portions
What to do:
1 Roughly chop the plaice. Peel and finely dice potato. Place both into a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
2 Add frozen peas and steam for a further 5 minutes.
3 Blend until coarsely pureed.
4 Transfer to a bowl and stir in cheese and allow to cool before serving.
