Easter nests

These cute ‘nests’ of chocolate and wheat are easy to make, with the hidden goodness of shredded wheat making them just that little bit healthier!

Makes 8 nests
Preparation time: 15 minutes, plus chilling timeYou’ll need:*200g (7oz) plain chocolate
*25g (1oz) butter
*2tbsp golden syrup
*100g (4oz) shredded wheat, crumbled
*24-32 mini eggs
*tray, lined with greaseproof paper
Method:1. Melt the chocolate, butter and syrup in a bowl over a pan of barely simmering water.
2. Tip the shredded wheat into a large bowl and pour over the chocolate mix. Form the mixture into nest shapes, transfer to the lined tray and put in fridge to set.
3. Decorate by adding 3 or 4 mini eggs to each nest.
PP TIP: If your child has a wheat allergy, use shredded coconut instead.
