As you reach the end of your first trimester, your baby will have grown to the size of a plum
By the time you reach 12 weeks pregnant, your foetus is fully formed and weighs about 5 ounces. All its organs are in place and, although you won't be able to feel it, it will be moving around. All your foetus has to do now is grow and mature. If you have been suffering from morning sickness, by the end of this month most women start to feel a bit better.
