Couples trying to conceive can find advice and support at The Fertility Show

London will be hosting its first fertility show next month to offer support and advice to couples having trouble conceiving.

The Fertility Show at London's Olympia, on 6 and 7 November, is being described as the "Ideal Home exhibition for making babies."

Over 40 IVF doctors will be on hand to advise couples on the best ways of getting pregnant and the most common reasons for infertility. Men attending the event will be able to have on-the-spot fertility checks for £100, with results within the hour.

More than 80 exhibitors will be at the show, including nutrition experts, overseas sperm banks, acupuncturists and practitioners offering insemination for lesbian couples.

"Those affected by fertility problems need as much information as possible in order to ensure that they feel in control," says Clare Lewis-Jones, from Infertility Network UK, who are hosting the event.

Advanced tickets start at £8 for one day.
