Have sex everyday to boost fertility
Daily sex helps boost fertility and sperm quality, according to experts

It may sound like the obvious, but research shows that couples trying conceive benefit from daily sex in the week leading up to ovulation.

Like smoking is bad for your health and eating less will make you lose weight – common sense will bring most to think that having more sex will ultimately leave you with a higher chance of conceiving.

But it is more than just about giving yourself more chances of conception – it could help with sperm. The study has tapped into looking at male infertility and found that DNA damaged sperm fell by 26% by following this simple advice.

Australian researchers at the Sydney IVF clinic tested 118 men who had been diagnosed with damaged sperm and their findings went against the rule that couples going through IVF should get passionate every second day. These guys however, recommended a daily dose.

Are you trying to conceive? Let us know below…
