Some mums-to-be notice that their breasts become more tender after conception but many are blissfully unaware of the story emerging inside them. Although there’s only a maximum two-day window in any cycle during which time you are fertile, cycles can change, so even if you suspect that you have experienced that special conception moment, continue to have regular sex with your partner through the month, to maximise your chances. Many women don’t know when they ovulate, although you may notice a rising temperature and a thicker white discharge.
