The following terms and conditions relate to the win one of 10 Heinz Baby weaning hampers competition...
1. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over at the time of entry, except employees and their immediate families of HJ Heinz Co. Ltd, Immediate Media Co., Tommee Tippee, and each of its group companies, their agents and anyone connected to this Promotion.
2. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will deem all affected entries invalid. All entries through third parties or agents are invalid.
3. There are 10 weaning hampers up to the value of £50 to be won. Heinz weaning products are suitable for ages 4months – 36months:

4. To enter, simply enter the competition by answering the poll on the
MadeForMums website. Information provided in submission might be used in future promotional activity. All entries become the absolute property of the Promoter upon submission and will not be returned.
5. By selecting to receive the follow up email you are allowing the Promoter to email you the poll results and handy advice to help with the weaning process. In addition, by selecting the gender of your child, this information is used only for the purpose of distributing the correctly coloured Tommee Tippee weaning kit.
6. The 10 prizes will be randomly drawn from all entries between 26th April 2012 and 26th May 2012, on the 27th May 2012 at 5pm by computer, and will be witnessed by an independent judge. Entries must be received no later than 26th May 2012 (the "Closing Date"). The judge’s decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
7. There is no cash alternative and prize[s] will only be transferred to the official winners. – Only applicable if prizes are not cash.
8. Prize winner[s] will be notified by email within 28 days of 26th May 2012. If the winner does not acknowledge notification within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize entitlement and award the prize to an alternative winner selected at the same time as the original.
9. A list of prize winner[s] name[s] will be available on request to those sending a S.A.E. no later than 6 weeks after the closing date to: ‘Winners’ List’, Heinz Baby Competition, Haygarth House, 28-31 High Street, Wimbledon, SW19 5BY.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prize[s] of equal value up to £50, should the advertised prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
11. The Promoter is not liable for any entries that are lost, undelivered, incomplete, delayed, illegible or damaged, whether by failure of the internet, network issues, or otherwise. Proof of entry does not constitute proof of delivery.
12. Winners may be asked to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity (including names, photographic shoots and interviews), Any reasonable related expenses will be paid for by the Promoter.
13. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any requirements set out in any accompanying promotional material.
