Making Easter bonnets: where to buy everything you need from £1

If you're looking to make an Easter bonnet, the good news is there are loads of shops out there which stock very cute, and decently priced Easter decorations.

Poundland is a great place to start if you're looking for low-cost bits to spruce up your Easter bonnet.
You can buy cute daisy lights (£1 for 8), Easter nests (£1 for 6) and gorgeous little carrots (£1 for 6). But if you want to impress in the parade, we recommend picking up one of their Easter trilby hats and decorating with their multipacks of Easter chicks, bunnies and lambs – all £1 each. You're bound to be feeling Easter-y in no time!

If you're looking to get seriously crafty, then craft specialists Hobbycraft have everything from pipe cleaners to feathers to feed your creativity.

As well as traditional straw bonnets, they also have fascinators, visors, crowns, headbands and hair combs – so you can be original with your hat base.

If you really want your bonnet to stand out, then Paperchase has some great quirky things. Their straw bonnets are a little bit pricier at £3.50 – but we love the vintage style.
