Disappointing and not fit for purpose

If you have a fairly wide bath, it may not work.

Please can you forward instructions on how I can return this product?
 
I can only assume, I have a wider than average bath as I have followed the instructions to the letter and each time the product has failed.  I've tried it with the bath wet from rinsing it out, as well as dry.  i've tried using it at the front of the bath, and the back.  I've tried it with and without bubbles. At first, I thought my baby was kicking it, but this proved not to be the case. But unfortunately, it has failed each time.
 
I was very disappointed indeed as I had wanted one of these for months and months, and have now found that it is not fit for purpose.
