The new i’coo Grow With Me 1-2-3 by Hauck is a versatile product that converts from bassinet to bouncer to highchair. Stylish and innovative, it’s a clever design, and in bouncer mode offers more height than most other baby bouncer or rockers around.
Based on an ultra-light height-adjustable aluminium frame, the i’coo Grow With Me 1-2-3 uses a simple one-click mechanism to suspend three different attachments - a bassinet, bouncer or highchair. The bassinet, bouncer and highchair attachments and frame can be purchased together for £349.99. Alternately, if you want to buy each bit as your baby needs them and to spread out the cost, you can get them separately – the frame is £99.99 and the bouncer component is £89.99.
It can be used from birth up to age 3, depending on each attachment and your baby’s weight. The bassinet is suitable for your newborn up to 6 months, the bouncer is suitable to 9 months and the highchair up to 3 years.
I’m surprised something like the i’coo Grow With Me 1-2-3 hasn’t been created before. My 15-week-old baby Nathanial loved being in the bouncer. Also, because he was on the same level as us, he felt part of the action.
This product needs minimal assembly. Reading a hefty instruction manual or faffing about with complicated gadgets isn’t ideal for time-poor new mum.
The tall frame, which all the attachments go on, meant I didn’t have to bend or stretch as often, which is a big plus.
The padded bouncer is definitely one of a kind and comes with a secure 3-point harness, so I didn't feel worried about leaving Nathaniel in it up high while I did the vacuuming or any other chore that took me away from him.
The useful head hugger can easily be moved up or down to keep your baby comfortable.
As well as different tunes and a vibration mode, there’s an attachment to plug your MP3 player into the bouncer so your baby can listen to whatever you like. As it was Christmas when I trialled the i’coo Grow With Me 1-2-3, I downloaded some festive tunes and Nathaniel was quite happy sitting in his bouncer at our Christmas Eve party.
I also liked that as Nathaniel is now getting curious about food, I could positioned the bouncer next to the dinner table in the evenings. He's still much too small for highchairs (or the highchair attachment), but he was very content sitting up high with us. Our evening meals have been less hurried and fraught ever since.
What we love about the i'coo Grow With Me 1-2-3 bassinet
What we love about the i'coo Grow With Me 1-2-3 highchair
The i'coo Grow With Me 1-2-3 frame has wheels but the safety stop sticks out, preventing you from wheeling it around with an attachment on it, but before you put you baby in it. Also, the stop isn’t mentioned in the instructions at all.
After Nathaniel was in the bouncer for over an hour, I noticed that he became a little hot surrounded by the head hugger and padding. However, he settled again after a drink of water. I’d suggest not leaving your baby in the bouncer for long spells.
The bouncer is recommended for use up to the age of 9 months, but Nathaniel's legs were nearly over the edge at 15 weeks, so please be aware this is only a guideline.

Parents after an all-in-one sleep/play/feed solution - especially those with curious babies who need a bouncer with a d view.
As a bouncer, the i'coo Grow With Me 1-2-3 offers height to help your baby feel part of the action and also has the handy feature of being able to plug in your MP3 player. However, it may not last until your baby is 9 months. If you purchase all three attachments, the Grow With Me 1-2-3 can be an affordable package, given its potential three-year life span. If you plan to just purchase one part, it is a pricey option that your baby could soon outgrow.
