BPA free! Excellent, best glass bottle i ve tried. Wide neck,Aanti colic, great optional variable teats

BPA free
Vented for effective anti colic without internal difficult to clean, long tubes
Wide necked (easier to fill, than the more common narrow standard neck bottles).
Great silicon (non bpa teats) teats (You can buy a 3 speed in 1 teat) variable flow. Useful for our twins who have different teats.
Easy to clean, we use boiled water.
Milk keeps warm longer
No plastics in the main body
Babies love it & their appetite is healthier
No need to check for the bpa rating in a triangle on plastic products in order to avoid bpa in the ones with 3, 6 & 7 in the triangle.
Slightly heavier than plastic but easily manageable
Wish I had these earlier.
Cant think of any other cons.
Sadly, this, & glass bottles in general, are not in UK high street stores. I had to buy online.
Really happy I found this after trialling 5 different types of glass bottles. There are a lot of narrow , neck & body bottles out there, which are great but the choice of teat & anti colic systems are only ok. 1 of my 6 months twins had a tendency to colic, so I d tried all the bpa free plastic bottles available in high st stores & ended up with the excellent MAM anti colic bottles for her & Vup silicon , avent & Dr Brown bottles for the other twin. I then researched plastics & heated milk & although the ones I d chosen were bpa free, I wanted our family to move away from plastics due to possible endocrine disruption etc & moving to glass & stainless steel for food & drink prep.Ditched the bpa filter kettle.

Born free were the best as the neck was wide enough to prepare powdered milk directly unlike the narrow glass bottles. So don't need to prepare the milk in a separate jug, then pour in, saving time. The vents for anti colic are amazing but I was amazed by the teats you can buy for it, the best for 2-6 months are the variable flow teat which has 3 x different flows (1-3) in 1 teat. You turn the bottle to each speed. I don't know how it works but it does & saves us buying lots of different teats, as 1 twin is on 2's & the other is on 3's so great value. Got mine on amazon. Babies drink easily from them. I bought the large bottles for milk & smaller size for water for them.

I definitely recommend these, they were as good , if not better than the bpa free plastic ones.
